Questions
Is it free?
For personal use, yes. An organisation pays for the Orbit pack that fits its meeting minutes and recordings.
Do guests need an account?
No. They join from the link with a name, and the host decides who comes in.

Any current browser with camera access, on a desktop or a phone.
