Mailbox privacy
A mailbox assigned to a person can be read only by that person. Domain owners and administrators create and remove mailboxes, set quotas and sending limits and manage routing, but they cannot open anyone's personal mail. People create their own app passwords for mail apps in their mailbox settings.

Getting started
Sign in to the console and add your server: the setup guide gives you one command that installs the mail service on it. When the server shows online, add your domain; with the domain on Orbit DNS the guide publishes every record and checks it for you. Then create mailboxes, or invite people and let them pick their own.

Questions
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The Free plan includes 10 domains, 50 mailboxes and 50 groups. Every limit is in the allowance table on this page; if you need more, open a ticket at the Help Centre.
Do people need a new account?
No. Everyone signs in with their YunZheng account, the same one that opens Meet and the console.
Where is our mail kept?
On your own server. Mail is received, sent and stored there. Orbit provides the console, the web mailbox and the mail service you install on the server, and does not send mail on your behalf.
Can we keep our existing domain?
Yes. Mail runs on a domain you already own; the setup guide walks through the records it needs.
