How a request reaches you

A tunnel opened from your sideA visitor reaches the nearest location, which passes the request to a landing point inside our network. The connector on your server dials out to a landing point and the connection is held open; requests travel down it. One connector can hold two landing points, so losing one city does not take the site down.
